A380 in Chocolate at Fassbender & Rausch

In my trip through Germany I've found several specialty chocolatiers. It seems like a very competitive market. This store goes for the "create notable things out of chocolate" approach.
So, along with the Titanic, the Reichstag and the Brandenburg Gate, there's a model TV Tower, from Alexanderplatz, a rather grotesque unteddy-like bear, and this major European export, the non chocolate versions being assembled in a no visits allowed site just behind Hamburg's port.
I find things like chocolate fountains and chocolate volcanoes quite dreadful, but the gift chocolates here seem quite nice.
This place is kitty corner to the German cathedral, which isn't a cathedral and also closed in the lovely cafe lined square, Gendarmemarkt, on my meandering path to checkpoint Charlie.
