Apparently the Re:Start container mall closed the day before I got here, so I won't get to visit the stalls after all.

Earthquake retrofit

First time I've been back in Cha Cha since its terrible 2nd earthquake, the February 22, 2011 6.3 aftershock. On my agenda is a visit to Quake City and 185 Chairs.
I was in Milford Sound when it happened, and wondered about the ingenious use of containers to heal the city.
