My trip to South Island New Zealand is starting to feel real. My itinerary plans are maybe 80% firm. No matter how much time I spend, there comes a point where things are ambiguous. Flights may fill, be late, mountains in the way, can't get there from here, get lost, car snafus, travel weariness, so it's time to take the plunge and remember that it'll all work out in the end, and if it hasn't worked out, it's not the end.
