The Berlin I planned to see

This is the Germany I'd hoped to experience.
There are some excellent museums to visit and shows to see. And there's even a St Hedwig's church here, shaped like an upside down teacup.
Not sure if there will be any tickets, but this afternoon I rolled past the Comic Opera on Unter den Linden, and there's a possibility of seeing either The Magic Flute or The Marriage of Figaro, or both if I can manage it. The productions look, frankly, extraordinary. I was too beat to wheel Wm the Conqueror into the lobby and check with the box office. Fingers crossed for tomorrow though.
