At 5pm this afternoon as I was squelching through town looking for my youth hostel, I barely noticed this artwork. As the wind was blowing spray off the fountain onto the cobblestones I was trying to ride over, all I really registered was "bah humbug". At 9pm tonight, after squelching back from a decent meal at Restaurant Ritterstub'n, I actually finally noticed the spinning rock heads spewing water. It's quite a nice installation.
