Welcome back Fiore in Sunset Hill

5pm looking towards The Carl English gardens

No one here! All mine! Nobody's big backside clogging the walkway! No dogs! No one but me and the two guys working the small lock. Winter is the best!

Lonely sailboat in the small lock

Ballard Locks, deserted!

4:30pm in Myrtle Edwards Park

Brunch at Cactus in Alki

A cloudy cold Sunday ride in the low light of a Seattle January is most palatable with something to look forward to. These are Christmas Tamales, one chicken verde and one beef rojo, complete with a mimosa.

Friday night dinner with the last of my kaffir lime leaves from Mudgeeraba (picked December 2017). I resolve to plant a new tree in 2021.
