It weighs in about 6 pounds. On the scale at Delta baggage check in Sea Tac, my loaded backpack weighs 35 pounds. I'm adding a fuel canister in Juneau and filling my water bottle. I'll remove my folded hiking poles, and I'll be wearing some of the clothes, so it's a wash.
