Heirloom bean cassoulet

Baby kale, butter, fried tofu, shaved fennel and breadcrumbs with a ginger lemonade. I'm obviously in ground zero for foodie San Franciscans weekending in Pt Reyes. Comfort food before a night back in a tent in Samuel P Taylor State Park.
