Riding local, riding abroad. Doesn't matter. "One less car" bike commuting and "Bikes Belong" advocacy, plus "I ride solo" bicycle travel. Racing is fun, but there are so many equally great reasons to ride.

What a difference a consonant makes!
In Roma Mercado, an upscale "indoor street food" market, I ordered tostada con pata. Instead of getting potato (papa) it seems I actually ordered "paw" (pata). Oh yummy I must be back in China, as this is an intriguingly spiced filling of gristle! Lucky, only 55 pesos.
