Riding local, riding abroad. Doesn't matter. "One less car" bike commuting and "Bikes Belong" advocacy, plus "I ride solo" bicycle travel. Racing is fun, but there are so many equally great reasons to ride.

Lunch for the jet lagged At Icelandic restaurant Loki
On a grey Sunday I finally dealt with my sleep deprivation munchies and had the "meat soup" special, with a side of smoked lamb on buttered flatbread and a cup of tea in company of the amazing Hallgrimskirkja. Definitely Viking friendly eating. Perhaps I'll have to buy an engraved whale bone handled dagger as a souvenir.
