TransAm Day 24 minor issue

The KATY has major flood damage between mp 178.5 to 181.5 but no one is paying attention to the detour up to the highway. Instead it's a quick wade through a shallow creek, some muddy ruts and gravel. Then back in business all the way to Boonville.
