Another ferociously hot day (85 at 9am!) and my day to drive and shop. I felt tired from the moment I got up (6am) because yesterday's ride wasn't exactly wonderful. I think I got a touch of heat exhaustion as I needed to take ibuprofen to stop tossing around on top of my sleeping bag. My body hadn't cooled down as fast as desired. It's nuts to ride in such weather.
