3 miles from McCook

I had to shade up. It's over 100 degrees, the water in the bathrooms nonpotable, even the birds in the trees are panting, beaks open. I soaked my shirt before heading back o the highway and it was dry by the bottom of the hill near the National Guard. I don't know why these rocks are used as features in local parks. Perhaps they are glacial erratics?
