Riding local, riding abroad. Doesn't matter. "One less car" bike commuting and "Bikes Belong" advocacy, plus "I ride solo" bicycle travel. Racing is fun, but there are so many equally great reasons to ride.

View from the restaurant
Oh yeah, on a perfect evening like now you can watch the 1912 TSS steam ship Earnslaw do a 360 in the harbor as it comes in from Walter's Peak Station across Lake Wakatipu.
Best of Queenstown, this.
