Riding local, riding abroad. Doesn't matter. "One less car" bike commuting and "Bikes Belong" advocacy, plus "I ride solo" bicycle travel. Racing is fun, but there are so many equally great reasons to ride.

Return to Valdez
With a traveling companion for a few days I was happy to drive back to Valdez for a second look at the mountains along the Richardson Highway. Valdez is blessed with a spectacular location almost encircled by glaciers.
