Riding local, riding abroad. Doesn't matter. "One less car" bike commuting and "Bikes Belong" advocacy, plus "I ride solo" bicycle travel. Racing is fun, but there are so many equally great reasons to ride.

Made it back on the Denali Park Road
9:15pm back to the Wilderness Info Center after being dropped off a few miles from the pouring rain at Savage River CG. Surrounded by storm clouds, lightning and thunder, so it was crazy fast back. Rode at the speed limit (35mph). Road barely wet and it was a thrill to have the road basically to myself. Sweet!
