Riding local, riding abroad. Doesn't matter. "One less car" bike commuting and "Bikes Belong" advocacy, plus "I ride solo" bicycle travel. Racing is fun, but there are so many equally great reasons to ride.

The lakeside bike path in Annecy
The TI gave me a map to use to ride around the lake if I want to, I think it's about 42km. There is some riding on the road, but there are also sections like this. If it clears tomorrow I might ride the loop.
