Riding local, riding abroad. Doesn't matter. "One less car" bike commuting and "Bikes Belong" advocacy, plus "I ride solo" bicycle travel. Racing is fun, but there are so many equally great reasons to ride.

The first pyramid prototype
Sneferu's architects' 1.0 version, the bent pyramid. Starting out with an incline of 54 degrees, you can practically hear them gasping "oh s**t" when they reached the stress point 2/3rds up.
