Dumpling Soup

It's cool enough outside to make this local specialty worthwhile. Beef consommé with stuffed handmade pasta. Not sure what the filling is, either sausage or mushroom or both.
This really is Swabian cooking.
Stick to the ribs cooking for a place that must be cold, dark and wet most of the year.
