This is a gentrifying part of town. There are at least 2 organic groceries in the area, and I wandered an organic goods street market well. These women grace the door of some sort of pop up art gallery. The child trailer is a brand called Chariot which I think is a good name. It's not chained to anything. I guess the possibility of theft is low.
