Biryani and paneer in silken smooth tomato gravy at Dhaba

I was too late for the tandoori choices when I finally got here, so I did vegetarian curry instead. I don't know what it's called, but I finished it off with kulfi on a stick for dessert.
As usual, I licked my plate clean.
