Despite the almost sanity napkin color ways, this innovation in the Delhi Metro is great. It's tiresome getting constantly stared at in any of the other 5 carriages which are all open seating. Curiosity is OK, but after the 100th time I feel heartily irritated and in need of a respite. The women's carriage is so much more relaxed, with women in a riot of color and unusual mixes of Indian and western outfits, and courteous young women offering me a seat without prompting.
